Pulsar Lite gives a developer-tool project a polished dark website out of the box: a landing page with a hero code panel, feature grid, code showcase, observability section, and testimonials, plus a complete blog with styled article pages and four example posts.
Built on Astro 6 and Tailwind CSS 4 with no UI frameworks and no client-side JavaScript beyond a small nav script. Fonts are self-hosted, output is fully static, and the whole palette is design tokens, rebrand by editing one theme block. Accessible by default: semantic landmarks, focus states, reduced-motion support, WCAG AA contrast.
Pulsar Lite is the open variant of Pulsar, a paid theme that adds Starlight documentation restyled to match the brand, a pricing page, and a changelog.
